Transformation and empowerment
The world is a circle that turns on the power of those who dare to dream of a brighter tomorrow
At Bastion we draw on the differences in who we are, what we’ve experienced, and how we think. When we work, we act as one team. We stand by each other, include each other and value each other’s contributions – we believe everyone should have an equal chance to succeed.
Diversity and inclusion are our strengths
We’re making consistent progress and believe in true empowerment and transformation. Our culture of inclusion allows every individual to reach their potential, as we empower our teams from the ground up.
Diversity and inclusion are our strengths. As we welcome one another’s backgrounds and experiences, we become stronger together. This is our greatest strength. Bastion has a B-BBEE strategy that strives to achieve a level 1 rating over the next 5 years.
