Ilan is passionate about business growth and digitisation. He joined Bastion in 2016 and continues to grow and develop his digital mindset.
With a Bsc, PDM and MBA coupled with a strong background in strategy consulting, Ilan is well-positioned to drive growth and innovation within the business.
He was appointed Chief of Staff at Bastion in 2022 and works closely with the CEO and management team to build a collaborative, structured and process-driven environment for the business.
