Marcella is the senior account executive and team leader. She has been in the financial communications industry for 16 years having joined Bastion full-time in 2006. Originally responsible for financial results, her role evolved into Integrated reporting and she is now team leader to eight team members.
She is adept at managing complex projects under pressure and has a keen eye for detail. She is passionate about her chosen field and her hands-on approach ensures the quality of the documents produced by the team at Bastion is of the highest standard.
She currently manages the design, production and printing of financial results and the Integrated reports suite for Aspen Pharmacare Holdings Limited, ArcelorMittal Ltd, Kumba Iron Ore Limited and Truworths International Ltd, to name a few.
